Should be called E Gadget Bandage instead of fix. Never have I been charged for something and then given a defective item to be told thru email that I have to come back a week later. Then to find out 25 days later the phone stops working...they say sorry and read the fine print..."stating...things can go wrong". Ok so refund me. Ur wrong and you messed up. Refund my $. Its simple. Honest. And I can put it towards fixing it. Your better off watching YouTube and fixing yourself.
I took my daughters phone in to have her screen replaced. They had it fixed and ready to go in 1/2 an hour. Thanks so much!
I can't get any lower, my stuff has been paid for a week ago, UPS came and left today, look in phone for a better place that has smart business practices, these guys suck!
