Seriously? Although my phone went in fully functioning and came back in disrepair, I accept that my iPhone 7 screen could not be replaced. However, my refund is now TWO WEEKS incomplete. I paid $128 for a new screen. In the event they could not replace the screen, I would be refunded all but $40 labor fee. I have called several times and gone in twice. Still no refund and no contact from manager. Unacceptable!
My phone hasn't been charging correctly or holding a charge for a few months now. I went in likely thinking I'd need a new battery and it might get a little costly. I explained the problem and instead of trying to sell me a battery I didn't need, they cleaned my charging port for free and sent me on my way. Phone works great now and it holds a charge like new again. Honest and helpful. Great experience.

I would NOT recommend going to E Gadget Fix. My screen was cracked and the upper volume key was jammed in not letting me raise the volume when wanting to. I went to E Gadget fix to fix it. I had to wait a week to get it fixed. I paid 348 dollars and another 20 dollars for the key volume button. When I arrived to pick up my phone, the company said, my battery to my phone overheated. Continues to have defective parts. Wait time can be upwards of 5 hours per time visiting to get repaired. Yelping a bad review as well.
