The leasing office is very unprofessional and creates a hostile environment to live in. Property management gossips and rely on second hand information to issue threats of 30 eviction notices. The building is dirty and vandalized on a regular. The stairwells smells like urine, cigarettes, synthetic weed, and staunch odor from derelicts sleeping in the hallways, while some tenants smoke marijuana with their guest.
