i call E Dennis out to service my system for winter . Jamie in the office set up the service around my off time , and let know who was going to be coming out . i got repeated emails assuring me when the tech. would arrive . i also got a phone call from Brandon before he left his previous work site , and he gave me a good ETA . after Brandon serviced my furnace he double checked another issue i was having with my furnaces efficiency . i diagnosed and repaired the problem . all around great bunch of people .

Brandon is so kind & knowledgeable. Friendly, not pushy. Just an all around good guy. E Dennis office staff is very pleasant & helpful

Brandon did an excellent job servicing my ac units. He kept me appraised of the work and explained the process to me. Cost was reasonable. Highly recommend him.

MUCH appreciation to E Dennis AC, Inc and staff for responding in a timely manner, in reference to fixing the hvac problem at my moms residence. Mr Brandon *******(Service Tech) with your company was VERY professional, courteous, as well as, answering questions asked of him plus explaining the problem(s) he was faced with. I had a complete heating and air system installed on 05/08/19 and I am pleased with the service provided. Justin who came out for the first visit to look at the job and provide me a estimate for the system was very kind and patience. He made two different visits at my request to my home to go over all the work that was to be done at the time of the system install.
