Sergi and Donald did great work installing my new HVAC unit . The swap was not a direct fit however the guys stepped back looked at the issue , figured out the best way to remedy it and they fixed what ever issue came up . They both worked all day and didn't leave until I understood how the new system and thermostat worked
The guys at E Dennis AC, Inc were amazing, they were friendly and very knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services.
I have used E. Dennis for many years and many types of HVAC work. They have always been excellent in communication, punctuality and especially execution of the work. I'm sure some customers find them to be higher in price than some others, but the old "you get what you pay for" saying is simply the truth.
I called at about 3:45pm because and was told that they were really busy so they might not be able to make it until tomorrow. Brandon S***** arrived at 4:30 the same day. He was polite and knowledgeable. He kept me informed on what he was doing and what he needed to do. By 5pm he was done and the A/C was already working. Great price, great service, wonderful experience.
