Service is top notch from this company. I'm very skeptical of the new unit that was replaced back in May of last year. I've already had to have multiple parts replaced on the unit and it hasn't run right since it was installed. I've always heard fantastic things about Trane units, but I'm not so sure anymore. Not saying it is the EDennis' fault, but if there is one more issue with this unit, I may file a complaint and require a whole new unti, because it seems I may have a lemon on my hands. Those guys found, diagnosed a bad commercial heat pump system and had a new one in before the sun set. They even put a portable unit in while this was being done. My tenants couldn't have been more pleased! I'll never call anyone else for my cooking and heating needs.
Professional, courteous and honest. We have been using the E. Dennis team for years. There is no one else I would call fo HVAC service.
