doctor mangubat and his staff were wonderfully considerate. they understood that i came to them for not cosmetic but more so to relieve disphoria. they didnt force any style of treatment on me and we dissused what procedure would be best for my individual anatomy. I recommend him to any transgender person in the area and passing through seattle. having multiple locations available was very nice too.

Dr. Mangubat has been nothing but professional. From the very moment I entered his office, he is given me the best care that I could possibly have hoped for. Even the stupid questions- 'how long before I can sleep in my bed', 'can the cats sleep with me', 'does this look okay', etc- have been handled with consideration and compassion. In fact, when I had a worry about my recovery, Dr. Mangubat opened up his schedule for that day and had me come in, despite not having an appointment. I would come back in a heartbeat.
The only problem was that I wish, I would have been contacted in advance for not knowing that the Dr. was delayed.
My experience with Dr. Mangubat has been great. The chest reconstruction surgery went great and I am satisfied with the results. Dr. Mangubat has been really helpful and caring about my situation.
The care I received was excellent. From consultation, to dealing with insurance, to the day of operation nothing could have been better. Everyone was professional, courteous, and kind to me from start to finish. Dr. Mangubat is knowledgeable and took plenty of time to explain the whole procedure from start to finish.. Office staff was wonderfull and accomodating, Clinical staff ws outstanding. Surgical staff was patient and understandin. Overall I rate you a 10+ I could not be happier with my new chest.
This clinic is amazing. Everyone is super helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend that trans folks come here.
The staff is very professional, and kind. I did not feel rushed by the staff, and felt they took their time with me pre op and during the surgical process. The follow up care was also very well covered.
