Dr. Mangubat listens to his patients and he and his staff go above and beyond to make sure the patient is comfortable with the procedure and all of your questions have been thoroughly answered. Many doctors these days are unreachable, not Dr. Mangubat. You can call the office and he will call you back and he emails readily with his patients. His response time is the same day.
Dr. Mangubat is a very professional, understanding doctor who treated me with respect and listened to all of my questions. The surgery went fine and recovery was quick, with little scarring. I would definitely recommend this doctor to other men.

Willingness to learn of genders beyond the binary. Assumptions quickly dispelled. Welcoming. Friendly. Open-minded. My experience post surgery felt rushed with a lack of clear information communicated to me and my caretaker about whether or not I had drains, how often to change the pads. I would have appreciated a bit more clarity, instructions typed out and less of a feeling of being rushed out right after surgery. From start to finish the doctor and all the staff have been accommodating to my needs from financial to pain management. Doctor Mangubat was on point with his size recommendation and surgical markings. I am extremely satisfied with my end result!
