Everyone is very pleasant and accommodating from every level and from every staff member.
Because I am a patient who traveled from outside of Seattle, I was investing a great deal of time, money and effort in my decision to have elective surgery. Doctor and staff were wonderful through the entire expierence.
My questions and concerns were addressed and I felt well taken care of.
Im vary happy with all of my surgery. The doctor was great,he even made a hotel visit to check on me. The staff was very attentive and caring. Dr.Magubate also did my FTM top surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Magubat for any Gender reassignment surgeries.
Dr. Mangubat has been awesome through this whole experience. He has always taken the time to answer any of my questions or concerns. Not once did I ever feel dismissed or that any of my questions were less than important. He is truly an artist in his craft and i could not be happier with my results. I will gladly refer him!!
