Our son bought his truck and three days later the check engine light came on. It needed a new catalytic converter, not cheap you know. Took it in and they took the truck to Bill Wright Toyota and had a new one put on. They took care of business and stood behind making something right. Thank You Dynasty for making things right. Went in with a clunker came out with a gem. Henry is a very kind and helpful salesman. Was able to get $500 trade in for our clunker and got a great car, with great gas mileage, and in impeccably condition. Love them and recommend them to all my friends and family
Would only recommend if someone is in desperate need of a car, like I was. Other than that, had problems with the car, they were fixed, but my weather stripping on the windshield is cracked. They were supposed to replace but every time I called to bring in the car, everyone "forgot" and said it wasn't on the work order. Bought the car in June of this year and STILL no call back.
