very polite and this company works with you. We are seniors and my husband used to do all the work. This company is really great.

This was a miss communication. The customer had asked for a year round program maintenance program that included planting new grass and maintaining it chemically throughout the year on an acre(40,000sqft roughly) of land. Plus proper mowing and maintaining. After agreeing to the terms they realized they could not afford so we canceled the year round program and just went to a pay-as-you-go scenario . The customer was very pleased with this approach.
