Company was hired to reestablish lawn, including killing existing lawn, aerate, seed, and setting up sprinklers on timers, and then follow-up fertilizing and treatment. We signed a contract with Richard Coleman to complete this work and made a partial payment up front. They killed lawn (but only front yard, rather than entire lawn) and put down new seed but failed to set up sprinklers. We are sorry that this customer was unsatisfied with our service but we made every effort to remedy the situation. Including redoing the work at no charge, but after the first set of sprinklers disappeared off the property we then informed the customer that it would be their responsibility to put up new ones. Since they did not do that much of the new seed did not take hold. Also we did provide them with a full refund. It is our policy that are customers are served to the best of our ability.

I believe if you're under contract for monthly services, the company should be on your property once a week doing some sort of maintenance or mowing. This has not occurred yet. Our property is large and certainly has plenty of work to be attended to. I am hopeful this changes. The quality when someone arrives is fine.
