I went in to the DHC office in York. George and Nina could not have been more helpful to me. They answered all my questions, called to find out information instead of telling me to "go to the website" or "call into my physician", they also took care of my sd card info and helped me order a new cpap. I can't say enough about how friendly and efficient they were. Great job. Thank you😊
It has taken me months to enter a review about my experiences with DHS representatives. Throughout the years I have only had (1) one VERY BAD experience with a rep whom shall remain nameless. However, my experience with Tillary in March of 2023 and Brittany in July 2023 has been more than joyful! Simply the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. Each person you speak to tells you a different thing then the last person Claimed they didn’t get my data for my CPAP machine because I didn’t send my SD card. When I got the machine I was told there was a modem to automatically send the data and the card did not need to be sent I. I spoke with Tillary today to order cpap supplies. I wanted to change the brand I was using from ResMed to Fisher and Paykel products. She was very pleasant to talk with, and she was able to make the change before my next supplies go out. I had previously been told that my account could not be set up as auto refill, due to insurance reasons. She went above and beyond by looking into my insurance, and WAS able to change my supply orders to an auto-refill status. No more calling when I need supplies, as they will be sent out ... read more
The key at getting any CPAP material order, or for that matter any other Health related material, is to select a company who you can trust. My own personal experience has more to do with the personnel in a company than the logo on door. There is none better than: “DHS”. Dynamic Health Services. Every person I have spoken to at this company tells me something different. Lots of back-and-forth without any resolution. I feel like I’ve gotten a terrible run around and I still don’t have any training on my equipment. At this point I am planning to send it back as I have no idea what else I can do.
Terrible communication with Dr. office and very slow response I have been trying to get a replacement CPAP machine for more than a month after an appointment with the Dr. I keep calling the provider and they say they are missing information. I received a past due notice with the threat to send to a collection agency if not paid. First of all, I never received an original bill for this equipment, and second of all, I pay my bills the day I receive them. My credit rating is a few points below the highest level. If this is how you do business I will transfer my business to another company that does not threaten collection for past due amounts when they did not send the original bill to be paid.
