I ordered a dozen Rose's to be delivered on valentine's day for my girlfriend. Unfortunately they were too busy to do so on that day. When I tried to call them on that day a half dozen times I was left to listen to the phone ring with no answer. Today when I called I was hung up on twice. I have dealt with Dynamic in the past on multiple occasions and they have exceeded my expectations everytime. Unfortunately this is an experience that I wont be able to forget.
Flowers ordered on FTD.com and sent by this florest. Options are "Good, better or best". Best was $90 regularly $100 (total was approx $135) and was supposed to be approx 17" tall 19" wide. What showed up was nowhere near $100 worth of flowers, barely cleared 13"x13", did not look like the arrangement picked out and the vase was black. Recently ordered flowers for my aunt’s funeral. I was very close with her so I wanted something special for her but didn’t have a huge amount of money to spend. You did a beautiful job and really did make it look like the most flowers u could. It was in a big basket with a little cherub statue that said “You are always in my heart.” Just wanted you to know I was very happy with the arrangement! I’ll b back in the future and will highly recommend you.

I have never had a problem with any products from Dynamic Flowers!! A friend of mine purchased 3 dozen roses here once and even after traveling over 450 miles with them, these beautiful roses still lasted almost a full month. God Bless the owners and staff always.
