Everyone is very friendly and informative. There is normally only a short wait. I appreciate that. Suggestion: Rather than asking patients to complete new forms, existing information could be printed and patients asked to review the info. That way if there are changes, only that information need be provided. This would be more efficient for both office staff and patient. I have other doctors that handle updates in this manner.
