Canceled their service through the contact form of their website but they said they did not receive it and therefore continued to bill for services. When I followed up by phone they were rude in their response and unwilling to assist in any way.
My yard looks the worst it has looked in the 30 years that I've owned my home. Apparently it is my fault for not communicating that I was unhappy with the condition of my lawn. Also, although I did a prepaid contract last year and owed nothing more, I was suppose to read every service invoice and see the small red writing that said my service would continue unless I called and cancelled.
