Dylan did a great job on the sale of my NW DC condo. Staging was spectacular, and the marketing was unrelenting on all possible media. Many irksome details with my place, screens, painting, faucets, etc., needed attention and he oversaw addressing them effectively and efficiently -- all leading to a good conclusion for me in a market with pretty substantial headwinds.

Dylan did an incredible job working with us on our Dupont Circle apartment over the course of more than 10 years from purchase to rental to sale. When the time came to sell the property, Dylan was thoughtful in organizing some high ROI renovation work and listing the apartment at a price that got us a fair offer in a short amount of time.
