Dyer's Burgers

4.1

About this business

Dyer's Burgers may not be the most glamorous place to dine in Memphis, but it's survived since it's opening in 1912 because the burgers are out of this world. The burgers come in singles, doubles, and a stack of three patties and three slices of cheese. The secret to making such mouthwatering burgers? They've been using the same grease for the entirety of the restaurant's 100 year history. Add some fries or onion rings and a drink to your order, and you're in for a satisfying lunch.

The double double was fantastic, fries & onion rings were delicious but the fried Twinkie & fried PB&J were undescribably good. I wish I could remember our servers name because she was the best.

Before we talk food, let's talk price. Very reasonable for Beale Street & family friendly if you have your kids out during the day. Let's talk food now.... Holy cow. The burgers were great. Seasoned fries. My husband had a malt and I normally don't like them, but this was good, not overpowering. We split a deep fried Twinkie and it melted in my mouth. So good. So worth the stop. It's diner food to die for

One day I will learn my lesson and stay out of this establishment. They are complete jerks there. This time had to ask for my change 3 times, the girl had to go to another restaurant to get it.While waiting I was informed by some a__hole restaurant don't give change anymore just round up. Every time I have ever gone in Dyers there is always a issue. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
