Dyer's Burgers may not be the most glamorous place to dine in Memphis, but it's survived since it's opening in 1912 because the burgers are out of this world. The burgers come in singles, doubles, and a stack of three patties and three slices of cheese. The secret to making such mouthwatering burgers? They've been using the same grease for the entirety of the restaurant's 100 year history. Add some fries or onion rings and a drink to your order, and you're in for a satisfying lunch.

The service was ok. The cleanliness of the restaurant was not up to par. And the food was not anything special. I would not recommend.
My group walked in and we're told to sit wherever we wanted and the server would bring us menus "in a sec." We sat there for about 10 minutes watching the staff talk with each other, eat and just stand around before we gave up and left. There were 4 employees there and 2 groups of customers other than my group, so it's not like they were busy. This place used to be great and service was always fast. Not sure when changed, but I won't be going back...
Good old school burgers. Great shakes. Reminded me of a place my grandfather use to take us in Lexington, ky. Had the double double. Just cheese, mustard and onion. All a burger needs. They tell us how the burgers were dressed which was good because some people may not like that setup. Wasn’t sure about the fries at first but they tasted great. Service was great. Friendly and courteous. If I’m ever in Memphis I’ll visit this place multiple times.
An truly affordable place on Beale Street, that has GREAT FOOD!!! Each Wednesday night we are on Beale for Bike night, and have been eating at a different place each night. If you're looking for a good burger, you'll love Dyer's.
Our first time there. Best burger and fries EVER! Fun place to visit
