Absolutely love it here! Great staff, love the amenities, and extremely friendly residents.
We loved living at Dwell for the last 20 months. We've had excellent customer service for all maintenance issues or anything office related. The floor plan and amenities were well thought out, nice finishes, very convenient location at 281 and 1604. So close to many restaurants, shops, medical, etc. Our only complaints were the lack of parking because some people had more than two cars, it could be noisy at times and the pool wasn't heated.
I hear your residents vehicles cause you don't provide enough parking! That's some shady crap!
Love living here! The staff is very friendly and willing to help out when issues (if any) arise. I've been here for almost 4 months and have yet to run into problems with my apartment or the staff. Definitely glad I just chose this complex to make my home!
