RecommendedI really really like this place! Not only the apartments are beautiful but the lacation is superb (Hwy 281 & 1604).... Movie theaters, restaurants, Costco, Walmart, HEB are walking distance. Pool is beautiful! Also love the office people!
I love this apartments, i have been living here for the past 5 months, and definetely recommend them, the office management really nice and friendly, very quiet and safe place to live too.
I’m so happy living at Dwell at Legacy. It truly is a nice apartment community. The staff is very friendly and helpful when ever there are any questions. I have referred a couple of friends and they all are very happy living here as well. The location amazing right next to Life Time and easy access to 1604 and 281.

so far so good. have a few loud neibors but this is an apartment complex. really like the floorplan and lay out. enjoying the more upscale feel that we have here then our old complex just down the road.
Love my apartment and finally feel like I am home now in SA. The office team and maintenance rocks and love all of the fun resident events! The location is awesome, so close to everything!
