So I have been living here for over 2 years now and recently renewed. Yes this place had their downs for a bit but recently management has changed and they are so great now! Hannah, the assistant manager is absolutely amazing. She has helped us in so many ways and has been awesome. I also sentiment many of the recent comments. Nancy are the group she had when Dwell opened was friendly, welcoming and helpful. New management in place is poor, unpleasant, unwelcoming and dreadful to deal with. For this type of property, all current employees are over their heads as they lack experience and service. Many of the previous comments I've also had problems, along with getting eviction notices (because they lost my rent check). Although this place was out of my budget, this place is beautiful. The staff was really friendly to me and professional. I really would've loved to move here.
So many problems, currently my apartment is flooded and the best thing is they don't have an emergency number to call so I have to wait until the office opens.
I have given 5 star before but this management is really poor ,Pools are dirty ,gates are broken , garbage and leaves everywhere. NO play area for kids
