From the moment we moved into The Park at Arlington Ridge in 2023, we felt genuinely welcomed and well cared for. Dweck Properties has done an excellent job with Crystal Towers. We are so thankful we chose this location because it’s the fastest commute for my husband to the Pentagon. In addition, the assistant manager Sergio along with our leasing agent Shelly Brooks have both delivered superior service. I had questions and Sergio promptly addressed them. I currently reside at Crystal square apartments and the service from the property manager is the worst. I have emailed her several times over the last 3 months and to date she has not responded to even one email neither has she returned any of my my calls.
I stay at the Park at Arlington Ridge. I have been out of a functioning dishwasher for over a month. I have not received any sort of monetary supplement or rent abatement for this matter. I pay WAY too much money, monthly, to not have a major appliance functioning properly.
