I lost my wallet a couple weeks ago and a nice lady Tammi who is the concierge manager in Crystal Tower found it and contacted me. She is nice and friendly and so kind to help me out! It is always nice to have a responsible, caring, and supportive apartment concierge team.
Felipe and Jose are so helpful & quick on the maintenance team. They explained everything & gave advice on how to avoid the issues. Came with a smile & always make us feel comfortable!!!
