I am a current resident at The Park at Arlington Ridge which is managed by Dweck. This is in fact my second time as a resident at this same complex. I can thank Mr. Marvin Davis for my return, the incredible property manager.
I lived in The Park at Arlington Ridge for 2 years and, it was the best decision I could ever done. The property is amazing, the apartments are beautiful, the neighborhood is quiet, safe and ideal for families. Definitely what I appreciated the most is the attention from the staff; they are always willing to help you; Mr. Marvin is such an excellent person, he does not hesitate in attending your doubts and giving you all the information and help that you need. I lost my wallet a couple weeks ago and a nice lady Tammi who is the concierge manager in Crystal Tower found it and contacted me. She is nice and friendly and so kind to help me out! It is always nice to have a responsible, caring, and supportive apartment concierge team.
Felipe and Jose are so helpful & quick on the maintenance team. They explained everything & gave advice on how to avoid the issues. Came with a smile & always make us feel comfortable!!!
Living at The park in Arlington Ridge has been a genuinely positive experience. The community here is vibrant, the location is excellent, and the management and staff go the extra mile to ensure residents are comfortable and well-cared for.
