I appreciate the article's reference to a 'culture of care' as it accurately reflects the management style of the Assistant Manager at Crystal Towers, Sergio Rivera. He has been professional and kind throughout our time here. We moved here April 27th. Having not had the opportunity to meet the current Manager, our experience has primarily been with Sergio , who has consistently addressed our concerns regarding garage/parking issues, gym equipment repairs, and lack o... read more
