I've taken my Legacy GT to the service dept. at Dwayne Lane Subaru since moving here from AZ for jobs I couldn't or didn't want to do myself. Both Tony and Sam have always been very professional, at times even pointing out items that needed repair that could be covered under warranty (one of which my dealer in AZ told me wasn't covered). My last trip in didn't end well for me, as they discovered that a cracked piston was the cause of my rough idle, but I certainly can't fault them for that. Marty was very thorough in explaining all of my 4Runners features and was very pleasant to talk to. I definitely felt welcome and it had a low pressure all about the customer vibe.
