Well I got myself a transmission for my car for Christmas. That was after 7 MONTHS of going back and forth with #dwaynelanesskagitsubaru and guess what? The lights are back on. WTF? For real? This is just insane. So much money spent to NOT FIX MY ISSUE. Frustrated is an understatement.
To start off, this is the first review I’ve ever written but wow I am so impressed! I was at work and found a Dwayne Lane Skagit Subaru pen with Marty Walkinsky’s name on it. I’ve now had that pen over 2 years. Hands down best pen I’ve ever had. If your cars are as durable as your pens I might have to come by and purchase a Subaru from Marty...or at least a new pen!
I have to start out saying this was my fault for checking and having everything in hand before signing all documents, first off purchased 2016 Outback car was very dirty sitting on lot while signing paperwork got washed took home noticed two big door dings also only one key told must have mixed up with other car still no resolution for either concern. They make promises they have no intent on keeping. Even if in writing they ignore them and leave you hanging. Sales people will tell tall tales to get you buy, and then you're ghosted. Service department messed up two accessories installations on a brand new 2018 car. I had to have my 17-day old car jump started because of bad wiring by the dealership. They can't even install Sill Plates correctly, and when you ask them to fix it they say no! They refuse to honor the warranty on the vehcile, both the factory and the extended... read more
