My husband called DW Garage Door Repair Friday morning and that same evening my garage door was fixed. Donald was very nice, on time, got the job done quickly, and worked deligentily. I contacted Don on Monday morning for a consultation after discovering my garage door was broken. I was initially told it could likely be repaired, but after Don and his wife came out that same evening for an inspection, they informed me very clearly and professionally that the door needed to be replaced. I called DW after a general contractor "fixed" my garage door and it no longer contenected to any remotes. DW were very helpful over the phone when requesting service he asked a lot of follow up questions to determine what the issue might be before even showing up. They showed up the next day and we're able to help determine the problem and even fixed other small issues I didn't notice (at no extra charge). Definitely would recommend for reliable, affordable anf friendly service.
They answered late in the evening and offered to come out that same night. They came at a convenient time for me the following day and were done quickly. Easy pay options and he and his team were very pleasant to be around. No pushy sales pitch. My neighbor was over and took their information for future use because of how impressed she was with them. 10/10 would recommend.
