Excellent all the way around. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Dr Duva is caring and compassionate.
Went to Dr. Duva 2x for my colonoscopies. The staff is patient, kind and professional. Dr. Duva is great. However, his billing Dept incorrectly coded my insurance claim and I am stuck with a bill for $1000. My insurance co. says they will pay if resubmitted. I called Drs office numerous times to fix this matter, left messages, even wrote a letter ,no response except another bill threatening to turn it over to a collection agency and ruin my credit. Go elsewhere to avoid this happening to you.
Excellent process with my colonoscopy. Minimal waiting, organized process. No hidden medical fees very convenient all services performed in his operating room on premises.
he is very clear, professional and above all caring. his follow-up is the best in my 76 years on earth.
