One of my favorite places to eat in Valley City. Homemade and small town feel. I've always received great service and food.
We got an eye-roll when we said we had a "big order".....not a fun way to start a Sunday morning.
Dutton's Parlour is so nostalgic & a fun & relaxing place to grab a coffee or ice cream when you want a break! I loved that they had maple nut ice cream!
