EPIC FAIL - I called to have my bathroom sink snaked. The tech came and ran a small amount of snake into the line. They had to come back the next day and fix the leak they caused under the sink. I then noticed that the sink was now draining onto my back patio from the clean out because they did not push the clog all the way into the main line. The gentleman who came out was terrific! Additionally, I put a "Time Sensitive" aka "get er done, quickly" request on him & he performed efficiently and quickly. So, ala in all, I was extremely pleased
