Worst customer service EVER! Monday - call for an appointment as late as possible since work until at least 4p. Said could meet at 4:30 same day but then called after already left work and said 'don't have anymore openings for today'. Not sure what that means when you gave me an appointment time but agreed to Tuesday at 4:30. They could improve by showing up. Could not get any more incompetent than Dutton Plumbing. Don’t use them! If you do, you’ll be sorry. Called on Thursday, they stood me up for Friday appointment. Then stood me up for Saturday. Had the audacity to ask if they could come on Monday. Wow! The worst of the worst! 0 stars if possible as they couldn’t even earn one star.
RecommendedEvery experience I’ve had with Dutton has been fantastic. Everyone has been professional and friendly. Today I had Jay and Austin in my home, and I couldn’t be happier. Five stars.
I hear their ads on the radio all the time so I called them. They say they serve Ventura County but it appears they only serve portions if Ventura County because even though I live in Ventura County they told me In am outside their service area. Their advertising is therefore misleading.
WAY over priced! Do yourself a favor and call another company! They quoted us $2,476 for a job that ended up costing us $429 (with Mike Kimble Plumbing). Seriously.
