Larry was at my house today to fix a rattle in my water supply. As he inspected he noticed that my problem wasn't the water supply, but the pressure regulator. I also had a problem with my water heater that I had planned on replacing for some time now. His work was clean and quick. He is a friendly technician whose main goal was to do an excellent job and leave my home with a happy customer. He did all of that. Great tech. I would have Dutton and Larry back anytime. Thank you for your help.
We were notified by e- mail who is coming and what time they can be expected to come. Dutton staff notifies ahead of time if the assigned plumber is running late due to traffic or other unavoidable situation. The plumber is courteous and does maintenance service of our tankless water heater and does visual inspections of the plumbing systems for any potential problems that may need repair. Thank you Dutton Plumbing Inc.
