Thank you to my technician, Erik, who successfully cleared a blocked drain. He was friendly, courteous and tenacious as he kept working at trying to clear whatever was causing the blockage. He spoke very highly of his company too -- which was nice to hear. Excellent service by all whom I interacted with at Dutton Plumbing!

Called Friday to have them come fix a leaky kitchen sink and broken disposal on Saturday. They called around 10:30am Saturday like they said they would but wouldn't have someone till after 3 and they would call us back with more info. 3:30 they called to say they wouldn't make it today but could come Sunday but would charge us the emergency rate. from the high school quality intern booking the appt to the condescending, flippant, carny of a plumber who tried to bait and switch me to the regional mgrs who are all about the upsell I would not send them "to my moms house" and she's been dead for 12 years. buh-bye
Called last night at 830pm. It's now 530am and I haven't heard anything. I'm a single mom, have 3 kids, I work 12 hours shifts and now I have to leave my children without a working any toilet, and still haven't received a phone call back. I called back and they just say a technician will call me back at some point.
