Mark was excellent. First, he was very clean, and that is very important to my wife. He was also very knowledgeable as well as personable. His assistant was equally so. We would definitely request them for further services.

Scott C and Jake were there on time and found the problem with very little effort. It was fixed in minutes and with a little bit of checking was confirmed. The problem was with a circuit breaker I had not known about. Have been satisfied with Dutton service.

I've known Matt for over 20 years. To think about two guys working the butt off on Saturday night while the football game is on makes on realize the dedication shown. The job was done professionally and to code. The last hot water heater was installed by Dutton in 2001. Did I get my money's worth....yes!! It is always good to know there is someone to count on. Upon arrival, Matt and his assistant, Jake, immediately put pink plastic protective booties on their shoes. That action reassured me that they view my house and my carpets as important elements in their job. My reason for calling in the first place was concern about a leaking toilet. Matt conducted a Dye Packet Test, and while waiting the 5 minutes or so to determine any leakage, Jake conducted a Cholrine Test to determine if excessive chemicals in the water was causing deterioration in the plastic toilet flapper.
