Called Dutton this morning and they were very responsive and very professional. Everyone on the phone was great and direct and seems like they wanted to help. Marc and Jake showed up as reported and repaired my copper pipe leak. They were very quick and clean. They also drained my hot water tank while they were here. I have been using others for the minor jobs I have around my house for years but now I have found a company that cares and can do it all. Poor Dan. He thought he was there to do a simple pipe cleaning and it turned into a a Broadway production! Nevertheless, he explained what needed to be done to me then to the homeowner. He completed the work professionally and provided me with advice about future projects. I would welcome him back for the next project and recommend him to my friends.

I have used Dutton Plumbing in the past when they completed major sewer repairs on my 50 year old home. They handled the huge job in a very professional, knowledgable , and considerate manner. I called Dutton again this morning to try to determine why I had a bad smell in my kitchen. Luis Z. and his coworker Jake arrived and assessed the situation.
