We never used this company before but heard the commercial they have running on the local radio station KBBY in the Ventura County area. The technician Bryan was very prompt with our appointment. I have to say he was very well mannered and courteous and explained how he completed the job and made sure we were satisfied with his performance. I will recommend them to any of my family and friends who need plumbing issues.

After contacting Dutton Plumbing and notifying them that we had a leaking shut off valve in the Master bathroom, and the leak had to be taken car of as soon as possible because we had no water to the house and after a seven hour wait Dutton Plumbing sent service tech. Luis Z. to fix the problem, he was very helpful, friendly and efficient. LUIS Z., from Dutton, came to my home as scheduled. He promptly fixed a leaky sprinkler in my backyard. Luis was very polite, patient, and a good listener. I am very pleased with the service I received from Luis and with Dutton.
Mark M arrived on time, was professional and friendly. He was able to get our drain opened up quickly, and explained what he did. Price was exactly as quoted. Will definitely use them again!
Efficient and knowledgeable, they should encourage their technicians to be more accurate at explaining being back shortly (a few minutes is not an hour and a half). Also, making sure equipment needed is in working order.
It was a disaster. i had requested only preventive maintenance for main drain. Technician came on 9/30/2017 and three days later I had a drain completely clogged. My guess that Manuel T. (tech. name did the cleaning in dry or did not get to the street level. Anyways when I called the Dutton Plumbing about this emergency they sent to me the same guy and he suggested to me to change the drain. The tech was very knowledgeable and friendly. They have much experience in the field and do very good work, prices are fair and reasonable. They showed up quickly and got right to work, glad we called and they are a good honest reputable company. Try them!
Emanuel T arrived as promised and presented himself very professionally> He examined the problem, told me how he was going to fix it and noted what the cost would be on a Sunday Afternoon. He was very clear and exact to make sure I was aware of everything. He completed the job in a timely and successful manner and cleaned up the area around him before leaving and at the price quoted.
