I went to this dealership ready to buy, but was put off by their pushy staff and arrogant finance manager. They offered $2,000 for a trade worth at least four times that amount. Would never purchase a vehicle here.

I had a really unprofessional experience at Dutchess Jeep. My husband and I recently Leased 2 jeeps from this location. They delivered me the wrong Jeep, and my husbands Jeep Wrangler with the wrong top. After having to wait a few weeks for them to locate the top. (There mistake)We were inconvenienced by having to drive the car back over an hour and given a gas guzzling loaner . They sell lemons and make 1,000 excuses why they can't or won't fix it!

Wish I could give no star. No responce to my complaints if I could give this car back and get the one I traded in I would be happy. Will never use this dealer again not even the service dept. The owner should be ashamed of how this dealership is run. Will be contacting Jeep directly since nobady got back to me
