RecommendedI had an excellent experience buying a new Jeep. Noel Cappelletti was awsome. He respected the slow pace that I was moving. I originally talked to Noel in August about a new 4 door Jeep. In October I came back. I was finally ready. He made the process of trading in a car and purchasing a new one very easy. My husband also went to Noel to buy a new Dodge Ram truck In September. The experience was the same. It was nice to have the consistency of great customer service.

These folks promised me a second key when I purchased an Audi from them. As I'm signing documentation, Vinny our sales person says he never promised us a second key. Despite the fact I'm buying the car, he asked to speak to my husband. It has been 3 months and no key. Do not buy a car here, they promise you the moon to seal the deal and refuse to make good on their promises. Vinny is uncomfortable dealing with women who buy cars, bring your husband if you want to make a purchase here.
I bought a Grand Cherokee at Dutchess from my bud Ira Weiner, so far all is good. I brought my Cherokee in for recall notice, dropped it off overnight, for prompt service Anyway, the the service dept was overbooked, it happens. My service tech never called to tell me that they couldnt get to my car. Needless to say, I had a major attitude. Jeff, the Service Manager got involved, gave me a loaner, fixed my Jeep(hopefully) and all is good. Thank you Jeff
They were very professional. They don't try to force you to pay for options you don't want. Bought my car in a couple of hours. From the financing to the plates. The salesman John. was great .
I had a great experience with this dealership. This is the first time I have ever brought a car from there and they treated me well. I was there for awhile waiting for my car and they didn't just ignore me they came boxer made sure I was up to date on what was going on and making sure I was okay. I couldn't be more pleased. If your looking to buy or lease I recommend to go here ask for Sam He is the best!!
