Worst car buying experience ever. These people will promise you the world then sell you a car you cannot even drive (due to their inability to properly fill out paperwork). They will then NEVER call you back and play dumb about your issues. I gave up on them ever living up to their promises - will get my car serviced elsewhere.
I have bought a lot of vehicles and I must say the experience here was absolutely spectacular! Sam was beyond accommodating, knowledgeable, and very professional. He made the whole process very enjoyable. I love my Jeep Rubicon and would highly recommend this dealership and Sam as a salesman!!!
My first time buying a dodge but so far I am pleased with the car and my sales rep Noel! He was excellent!! He made the whole process as simple as can be and he knows the car inside and out! He was always there to help at any time of day! Great experience dodge! Everyone go see Noel!!
My third Grand Cherokee from this dealership. Yesterday I was again pleasantly surprised by the amazingly helpful staff. I appreciate everyone’s friendliness and kindness, and my new mats. And I love being a part of the Jeep family.
My wife and I went to Dutchess Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram to look into possibly leasing a new car for her use. However, we got such a great deal that we ended up leasing two new vehicles: A Jeep Cherokee and a Kia Sportage. Our salesman, Noel Cappelletti was amazing. Very friendly and informative. And he has continued to be helpful even after the sale was done whenever I contact him with questions. Overall a very positive experience.
Sam and his assistant worked very hard to get me into a car.
No transparency, poor customer service. My husband went in for a recall and to get the back brakes fixed. Midway through the service, they call and ask if he'd like his back window wiper replaced and a bulb replaced in his front foglight. $700 dollar later, we will never visit this place again. I called to discuss the discrepancy in price versus cost of parts and labor.
