I have ordered cakes for special occasions for more than 3 years now and have never been disappointed. My cakes were ready on time and absolutely beautiful as well as delicious. I have also ordered their pastries and they are sure to please. It is great to have a local bakery to turn to when you want something just a bit extra special.
Dutch Oven's decorated cakes are gorgeous. Unlike other "chain" bakery's cakes that all look the same, the Dutch Oven spends extra time decorating with beautiful, unique flowers. The puff pillows and fritters are delicious. The dinner rolls are amazing too. Oh, and don't overlook the danish. Yum!!!
Friday is Family Donut Day at our house. Although we live in Nevada, the goodies at Dutch Oven are totally worth the drive. We love their Dutch Letters, Birds' Eyes, Creme-filled Horns, donut holes, and breakfast sandwiches. Our dog even loves their homemade doggie biscuits. This is a first rate business with delicious baked goods & welcoming staff.
Awful experience today for my nephew and niece when they inquired about ingredients in an item to ensure it was safe for their 5 year old, who had severe allergies. I assume the owner encourages as well as trains employees in customer service and to go the extra mile for their customers. Look like it's time for a reminder.
