The employees are great. Love it. The blended drinks are my favorite.
Either the baristas are lacking training or they do not care. I ordered a Large lite iced latte and i watched the barista make it with regular ice, corrected it and she continue to do the same thing again..... I understand they are underpaid and overworked but this is the reason people stop tipping. Tipping is due to good service not to force customers to pay employees wages.
