I don't even know why I keep bothering to try dutch bros. Every time I go there I just get more disappointed and no one at the store can do anything to help me or make it right. They do not care about customer service. The store should be able to take care of customers at the store, I shouldn't have to call a number to get a refund when they are the ones that screwed up.
