God forbid you ask them to remake a drink because it doesn’t taste correct. The male employee working drive through was nice about it but when I pulled up to the window it was a short dark haired girl and she was as passive aggressive about it as possible. She offered me an additional shot of expresso in my dirty chai, and I told her I was fine to receive what I had initially ordered and paid for. You can’t go wrong with Dutch Bros coffee, especially this location! Everyone is always so nice and they’re always doing giveaways like they did for international dogs day today with the doggie bandanas. Their pup cups are the biggest you can get from any coffee place in DFW by far & they’re always so happy to see Brownie when I have her with me :)
