The staff were energetic and friendly. They were knowledgeable on the menu and very helpful. My wife and I were very satisfied with the cookie butter brownie iced latte and the caramel vanilla Chai iced coffee
This place is so slow.The people seem like they dont care to be here.Was in like for 20 minutes thats insane for a coffee place.
I usually love this location however, today the experience was less than pleasurable. I ordered a vanilla cold brew with cream and whipped cream, same as always. The drink had no flavor. I sent it back to have it remade. They then added caramel to my drink and I hate caramel. At this point, I had given up and decided to take my loss, but I just had to leave a review voicing my dissatisfaction.
I love this place. The workers are the best. They know our drink by memory. They’re always very kind and sweet.
