Was in Owasso early and came by about 6:45 am this morning instead of my usual Tulsa DB. No other cars in the drive thru, but still was a 10 min ordeal to get my drink. The young lady did not know what my order was and was just winging it. My hot drink was luke warm and was completely bland and wrong. I’m pretty sure she forgot the cinnamon and white coffee shot that was supposed to go in it. The fact that my drink was $10 raises the bar on service and quality and they missed the mark this morning.
