Good customer service friendly staff and a short wait time
The service has improved since my last edit. There's a lot of new people but they are slowly improving. I'm so happy to see some of my great "regulars" again. The line can still be long but the time is improving quite a bit. My only complaint at this time is that twice I have ordered and paid for a large but received a medium in the last couple weeks. My drink takes quite awhile to pull shots so it's not worth it to me to wait for them to fix it.
Clerk was handling a bunch of wet rags in the sink then made my coffee without washing their hands.
My drink today 2/26/25 was supposed to be a Caramelizer Freeze, color was a little dark and when I went to take a sip it was straight burnt coffee. I think they forgot the flavoring today.
This place is garbage . The workers made fun of my non English speaking mother . They laughed at her they threw the straw at her and shut the window on her. The disrespect with these people is a NO GO. Will be talking to the higher ups.
