The baristas are wonderful here at this location and are full of energy, I've never experienced a bad trip to my neighborhood Dutch! Pretty satisfied with every trip I take here.
The coffee is always good, but the service is what makes this location. Super friendly, when Bre found out from my Hubby that I was having a rough couple of days, broken toe and stitches...had to cancel our camping trip. Hubby was trying to cheer me up with some DB...she wrote a little "get well soon" message on my coffee and wouldn't let my hubby pay for mine....so sweet.
You know how everyone has a bad day once in awhile? Well, you'd never know it at DB Aloha! I've been coming here, on average, twice a week for about 10 months... and honestly have never seen one crew member anything less than joyful, friendly, and loving life! I WANNA WORK HERE! Ive come into the drive thru many-a-time gloomy, only to leave smiling, cheered and with a renewed faith in humanity. Amazing I get all that from a coffee kiosk.
More people working please so orders can be taken while waiting in line. I watched 3 cars leave while I was waiting. The staff are very nice but the wait was too long.

If I could give negative stars I would. The worst worst worst customer service out of All the Dutch bros in the Portland Metro area. Walk up window is beyond slow. From a customers perspective, team work was not a thing. Management really needs to see who's working their because some of their employees have no shame demonstrating the worst customer service.
