I went through the drive through with my daughter, who works at Dutch Bros. Apparently she gets a free employee drink, but is told not to come through when it’s busy. That is totally understandable. I ordered three drinks for my family, and my daughter ordered one drink for herself. When I got to the window, one of the employees making the drinks came to the window and lectured my daughter about getting an employee drink because it was busy. I will make this my forever coffee place from now on. the people that work hard here are some of the kindest, patient people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. I forgot my card and only had cash, they r not accepting cash due to the covid-19 pandemic. They gave it to me for free with a smile on their face. RecommendedI pulled up today and my car was leaking antifreeze due to a not so tight clamp. Well the girls there were AMAZING they offered help even tho it wasn't very helpable with out the proper tools. When I went to pay for my drink they were so sweet to decline my payment. Hoped my day got better and sent me on my way. Thank you guys seriously I needed that and it did make my day way better.
