Dustin worked with me on a 1 on 1 basis to explain everything I had questions on. To me that was very important, when I called, if he didn't answer he would call back within 5 minutes!! We are in a need to know now society and Dustin works hard to be that type of person. If and when he doesn't know the answer, instead of fumbling through it he will tell you he doesn't know the answer and he will get the answer and call you back.
