Dustin really knows how to market your house! He also has a great staff to assist with administrative and buyer activities. He hired an excellent photographer which made my house look so much better than any pictures I could take. We began with an open house and my development had 3 open houses that day and my house had FIVE TIMES more views on Zillow compared to other houses! I was trying to clean up and sell what had been a rental home. Dustin was with me from the minute I got the keys through the time i turned over the keys. Dustin and Samantha were amazing to work with. We had a home that wasn't in the best area for sale, and we needed to sell quickly because of a new job out of state. We worked with a different realtor for over a month, and we were dissatisfied with the lack of effort and knowledge. We got in contact with Dustin, and he was awesome.
