My wife & I have lived here for just over a year now. Great staff and a great little community. The townhomes are very nice & everything has been reasonably well maintained. There was a little bit of trouble during the transition from the old management company to Pegasus however, the new staff has done a great job getting everything back on track.
Just moved in a couple months ago and I love it. The staff area friendly and helpful. The area is quiet and safe. Feels like home
This is a good and relaxed community to live in.
We have lived her for 6 months, and so far it is great! Office staff is always helpful and any work orders that we put in are taken care of in a timely fashion! Thank you Brent and Staff!
It has been a great place to live. So close to everything, the staff here are great and very accommodating. Anytime there is an issue it is handled right away. I am looking forward to many more years here.
Durham park has great a great management staff and is an awesome place to live I strongly recommend it!!
