Peaceful an nice favorite place I’ve lived since moving here
My fiance and I have lived here for 4 years and LOVE IT. They have been managed by several companies over the years, but Pegasus (current mgmt) is the best yet. Our gate always works now, they create fun neighborhood activities, and have even recently improved the clubhouse and pool to include bocce and cornhole. The apartments are new enough that I've never had a mechanical issue. The best part about this place is how PET FRIENDLY it is. We love calling Durham Park Townhomes our home!! Quiet and spacious! We are thrilled with the staff and amenities.
We have been here for about a year and we love it! They’re constantly trying to improve any way they can. They’re also very good at getting your service requests completed. The area is well kept and taken care of. The gates are up and running so it is a gated community now as stated... the office has been renovated as well as the gym. I have lived here going on 3 years so thankful for the property management they have worked so hard adding new things , updating things and been so accommodating! They have always gotten Any maintenance issue addressed quickly and will help any way they can .
